SUMMERFEST SPONSORSHIPS

Over 10,000 people attend this three-day event! Our Summerfest includes many fun-filled activities including headliner bands, food booths, Vegas, games/inflatables for kids, a craft show, themed baskets, a 50/50 raffle, and our $10,000 Grand Raffle.

As in the past, we are seeking local corporate sponsors for our festival. This year, we have crafted a sponsorship tier system to give our community more exposure and opportunities to support our parish! See what levels are available below:

Pope Sponsorship ($2,500) – Sponsors will receive a social media shout-out, a 2’x 10’ banner with their business information in a location of their choice, a name printed on the back of the t-shirts worn by our Summerfest volunteers**, and special mentions throughout the weekend between band sets. 

Cardinal Sponsorship ($1,000) – Sponsors will receive a social media shout-out, a 2’x 8’ banner with their business information in a location of their choice, and a name printed on the back of the t-shirts worn by our Summerfest volunteers.**

Bishop Sponsorship ($500) – Sponsors will receive a 2’x 6’ banner with their business information in a high-traffic area of the festival, a social media shout-out, and a name printed on the back of the t-shirts worn by our Summerfest volunteers.**

Vicar Sponsorship ($200) – Sponsors will receive a social media shout-out and a 2’x 4’ sign with their business information in a high-traffic area of the festival.

Parishioner Sponsorship ($30) – Sponsors will receive their name or their family’s name on a 9”x 24” yard sign posted in a high-traffic area of the festival. (This sponsorship is only for members of our parish. Please see the other sponsorship levels for business exposure.)
