About the St. Malachy Summerfest

Each year, St. Malachy holds its community-cherished Summerfest

46 years ago, a small group of dedicated parishioners began it all. Today, it has grown into the one of the largest church festivals in Macomb County!

Spending the third weekend in August with us has become a tradition for many families and friends, and we have something for everyone!

From games and rides, food and drinks, vendors, Bingo, raffles, bands, and auctions, you will find it all under our tents! We even have a pancake breakfast for all ages!

It takes many volunteers to make our festival a huge success, and it provides a great opportunity for new parishioners to meet new people, get involved and become a more active part of our church community!

We are always in need of new ideas and people to make them happen.

All of our festival proceeds go toward helping with general operations and capital improvements of the parish.

Thank you for your continued support!
