SUMMERFEST SPONSORSHIPS

Over 10,000 people attend this three-day event! Our Summerfest includes many fun-filled activities including headliner bands, food booths, Vegas, games/inflatables for kids, a craft show, themed baskets, a 50/50 raffle, and our $10,000 Grand Raffle.

As in the past, we are seeking local corporate sponsors for our festival. This year, we have crafted a sponsorship tier system to give our community more exposure and opportunities to support our parish! See what levels are available below:

Archbishop Sponsorship ($1,000) – Sponsors will receive an 8’ x 2’ banner with their business information at a premium location, a shout-out on all social media platforms, vocal mentions by bands and during band changeovers, and their business’s name printed on the back of the t-shirt worn by our Summerfest volunteers.

Bishop Sponsorship ($500) – Sponsors will receive a 6’ x 2’ sign with their business information, which will be placed at a booth, a shout-out on all social media platforms, and their business’s name printed on the back of the t-shirt worn by our Summerfest volunteers.

Pastor Sponsorship ($250) – Sponsors will receive a shout-out on St. Malachy’s social media platforms and a 4’ x 2’ sign with their business information in a high traffic area of the festival to increase exposure.

Parishioner Family Sign ($30) – Sponsors will receive their name, family name(s) or ‘in memory of a loved one’ on an 18” x 12” sign. This option is only available to individuals and is not open to commercial entities. **Limit one name per sign, please!**

All sponsorships are due no later than AUGUST 1st. Checks can be sent to the main office. 

** – In order to receive your business name on the back of the volunteer t-shirts, you must submit sponsorships no later than August 1st.
