The Gifts For Christ

Did you know that people used to receive their Christmas gifts on the Epiphany? Jesus was brought gifts when He was born. Gold symbolized royalty, which showed that He was a king! Frankincense is incense, which symbolizes our prayers going up to God. When Jesus received it, it signified that he was a god who would intercede for us! Myrrh is embalming fluid, which symbolized Jesus’ death…the greatest gift that we could receive!
