Eric Taylor

Eric Taylor is our talented music director here at St. Malachy! Having earned a bachelor’s degree in music for Vocal Music Education, and a master’s degree in Choral Conducting from Wayne State University, he has years of experience in teaching at all age-levels, including a semester at Sacred Heart Major Seminary! As a baptized and confirmed Catholic, Eric has always felt called to serve the Church in various ways such as lectoring, altar-serving, and singing in the church choir at school. Outside of music, Eric enjoys watching game shows such as Jeopardy, The Chase, Wheel of Fortune, and has even appeared on an episode of You Bet Your Life with Jay Leno! In his free time, he likes playing tennis, traveling, and spending time with his friends, family, and dog.
