Summerfest Committee Members,
The St. Malachy Summerfest Annual Appreciation Dinner is scheduled for Sunday, September 29th at 4:00 PM in the Currier Center. Dinner will be served around 5 PM.
Please let Pam and Joe know how many people volunteered in your area, and reach out to your volunteers to see who will attend. They will get a general headcount for the amount of food to order. They will need a count by September 22nd!
Each area will be welcome to make a small report – dollar amounts will not need to be reported because the overall number will be unveiled. Every contribution is important, and the success of our festival depends on everyone and the contribution they provided!
